call attempts,
verification initiation,
internal review activities.
Payment gateway charges or transaction fees may still be deducted where applicable.
B. Partial Refund Eligibility
A partial refund may be considered where:
consent attempts were made,
communication efforts were initiated,
operational resources were utilized, but verification could not be completed.
Examples may include:
candidate unreachable,
no consent response,
incorrect contact details,
incomplete documents,
customer withdrawal after processing initiation.
In such cases, operational charges, communication costs, payment gateway charges, and administrative expenses may be deducted.
C. No Refund Situations
Refunds may not be provided where:
verification processing has started,
third-party verification checks have been initiated,
reports have been generated,
incorrect information was submitted by the requestor,
consent was denied after operational efforts,
fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, services were misused,
the request violates Bharosak’s policies or applicable laws.
No refunds shall be applicable once a verification report has been generated or delivered.
5. CONSENT FAILURE CASES
Bharosak operates on a consent-based verification model.
If:
the concerned individual does not provide consent,
authorization cannot be confirmed,
or consent verification fails,
Bharosak may cancel the request.
In such cases:
partial refunds may be considered after deduction of operational and communication expenses incurred during the consent verification process.

6. FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Temporary delays, interruptions, technical failures, or service unavailability may occur.
Such situations shall not automatically entitle users to refunds unless Bharosak determines that services could not reasonably be delivered.
10. FRAUD PREVENTION

withhold refunds,

reject transactions,
or report suspicious activity
where fraud, misuse, unauthorized submissions, false information, or policy violations are suspected.
